REFERRALS
Youth Matters works in partnership with Local Authorities to place referrals based on individual needs of young people as stated in their care plans. We provide exceptional standards of care for supported living & semi-independent living accommodation for young care leavers 16+.
URGENT EMERGENCY REFFERALS
In cases where an urgent place is needed we can provide an fast immediate response to a request for accommodation.
All our placements are available through one simple phone call to our 24 hours Rapid Referral Helpline
ASSESSMENTS
Referrals to Youth Matters are assessed, and a joint decision is made with regards to acceptance of a young person. We always ask for the opportunity where possible to meet with the young person as part of the assessment process. We are prepared to travel to get know the young person as part of the assessment.
